Refunds, Returns, Shipping & Cancellations

While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, Determined Growth Golden Enlightenments, is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to ship your orders in accordance with our regular schedule.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders must be placed by 10 Am PST to start processing the same day
Processing time typically take within 2 business days (Monday - Friday)

Orders can take up to 2–3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

RETURNS

Due to Covid - 19 unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange at this time, all sales are final.

RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days receiving your order (starting with the date of delivery) for a refund on the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment
We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Determined Growth. All exotic herbs and Spices are final Sell and not refundable.

Shipping and handling are not refundable

To return merchandise please follow these easy steps:

STEP 1

Simply reach out to our customer care team at determinedgrowth@yahoo.com (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) with the products you'd like to return and your order number.

STEP 2

Determined Growth customer care will provide a return label, which you should affix to the outside of the return package.

STEP 3

Take the package to USPS.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal & Cash App (U.S. only).

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

Duplicate order was placed
Canceled due to a customer request
Order changes customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
